Please allow me to introduce myself to you. My name is Nam Tran. In the late 70's I came from Vietnam. I am one of the thousands of boat people who escaped from the communism society in search for freedom and a better life. When I first came to the United States I didn't know anything and I didn't know any English at all. I worked as a dishwasher for a busy restaurant at the airport. After years of hard work, learning, and communicating with people, I began working as a bartender for an upscale restaurant called The Capital Grill in Chestnut Hill in Newton.
I have been living in the states for the past twenty-seven years, and for the past fourteen years I have been living in Everett with my wonderful wife and three children. When I first purchased my home, I didn't know much about the home buying process, so I got help from a real estate agent, which motivated me to be a REALTOR. I wanted to help people purchase their dream home and/or to sell their house as quickly as possible in a competitive market.
